Jain Swetambar Temple in Ferozepur

It is a prominent sacred shrine located at Zira. The holy Jain temple has antique brass icons and gorgeous wall murals. These murals on the walls depict ancient Jain history and culture. The main idol is considered to be the most sacred and ancient one in Zira. According to historians, it was brought from Palitana Sidhgri in Saurashtra. Apart from the main idol, there are other brass idols located here that are older than twelve hundred years.

Hanuman Mandir in Ferozepur

This temple is located at Fazilka. As the name suggests, it is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The local people of Ferozepur gather here to perform daily worship.

Gurudwara Zamini Sahib in Ferozepur

Located at Bajidpur, the Zamini Sahib Gurudawara is regarded as one of the most sacred shrines in the area. Special processions are seen on festivals. Devotees in huge numbers participate in kirtans.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Memorial in Ferozepur

It is one of the prominent memorials that were built in memory of great freedom fighters who had shed their blood for the country. The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Memorial was built in the memory of the martyrs - Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev whose dead bodies were cremated at this place. Thousands of people gather here every year on March 23 to pay tribute to these great martyrs.

Barki Memorial in Ferozepur

This beautiful memorial lies in Saragarhi Complex. It was built in 1969 to commemorate the soldiers of 7th Infantry Partition who had died fighting in the 1965 war. The memorial comprises a central pillar, water fountain and a tank.

Asafwala Shaheed Samarak in Ferozepur

It is a historical memorial dedicated to the soldiers of the 67th Infantry Brigade.

Saragarhi Memorial in Ferozepur

The most popular edifice is the Saragarhi Memorial that was built by the Army Authorities in memory of 21 sikh soldiers of the 36th Sikh Regiment who had died while protecting the Saragarhi Fort in Waziristan on September 12th 1897. 

Pothimala Building in Ferozepur

It is a beautiful monument in Guruharsahai Village. The walls and the ceilings of the building are adorned with wood carvings. The Pothimala building was built in 1745 under Guru Jiwan Mal.

Also known as Hari-ke-Pattan, the Harike Wildlife Sanctuary is a famous tourist attraction located at the junction of River Sutlej and River Beas. Different types of birds migrate here from Siberia and the Arctic field.
